In order to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers and C&L staff, we have adopted several in-store policies during this time. It is of the utmost importance to us to keep you safe and healthy while you shop for the dress of your dreams at Champagne & Lace!
- We are operating on appointment only basis, please call during regular business hours or use our appointment request form on our website
- Appointment slots are limited in order to allow for appropriate social distancing within the store.
- Due to limited availability, we cannot accept walk in appointments, for that reason our front door is locked between appointments
- All brides and guests are required to wear masks at all times while in the store (when you find “the one” mask removal is permitted for the Instagram pic)
- Maximum of 3 guests plus bride *no exceptions*
- Maximum of 2 guests plus prom *no exceptions*
- Guests are asked to remain in their seating area and resist moving about the sales floor as much as possible
- Please leave the “littles” at home for now (no children under the age of 12 unless infant/momma)
- All parties are asked to sanitize upon arrival (we offer fabulous smelling sanitizer AND you can purchase some and take it home with you if you love it as much as we do)
- Touch points and fitting rooms are sanitized between every appointment
- C&L powder room is for emergencies only please
- We are offering curbside pick up for gowns and accessories! Call for more details.
